About Our Meals

For most of our meals, you can choose from either 3 methods to cook your meals (except for the burgers which are only microwavable) (Do remember to cut along the dotted line to remove the labels before cooking your meals!):
a. RECOMMENDED: Boil (Sous-vide) – Directly from the freezer, bring water to a boiling point and submerge the meal pack while keeping the water simmering. Close the lid and set the timer according to the instructions on your meal pack.
b. Microwave – Directly from the freezer, cut a 1cm opening and place upright in a bowl and microwave according to the instructions on your meal pack (only applicable for some meals, refer to instructions on label for specific instructions).
c. Chef Mode – Defrost your meals and cook the meals your own way, whether it’s pan-frying your proteins and adding them to some pasta or mixing our sides into your salad mix, the possibilities are endless! Do read the instructions at the back of label for cooking options.
Sous Vide is a French method of cooking food in vacuum sealed bags in water below boiling temperatures for 1-4 hours.
Our method differs slightly, as our vacuum packs are food grade, BPA-free, boil-safe, and microwave and freezer friendly. This means that you can pop them straight into boiling water from the freezer and have your food ready in a matter of minutes instead of waiting hours before your food is cooked.
Yes you can! Our meals are packaged in vacuum sealed bags which are FDA-approved, food grade, BPA-free, boil-safe, and microwave and freezer friendly to ensure they retain their freshness.
Yes! The HALAL accreditation by JAKIM is one of the highest standards of HALAL in the world. We want you to have full confidence that anything you purchase from us is certified HALAL.
Yes, our prawns are farmed at a Global G.A.P. certified farm and all our proteins are non-GMO and do not contain growth hormones, STPP nor antibiotics.
We are transparent with the ingredients used in each meal which can be found in our product description or labels. Read the meal description carefully. If you are allergic to any ingredient in our meal, we have many other diverse options for you to choose from. Our food may contain traces of nuts, fish, seafood, milk, wheat, gluten, yeast, soybeans or sesame. It is not suitable for those allergic to these ingredients.
As our meals are frozen they can last in the freezer for up to a year and still retain its freshness. There is an expiry date on the label for reference.

Delivery & Shipping

We perform our deliveries on these days: Tuesday (7.30PM to 10.00PM) or Thursday (8.30AM to 11.00AM). You must select your preferred timeslot before you checkout. Your orders will arrive on the date and within the timeslot you have selected.

Important: Please make sure someone is available to receive your orders when they arrive.
Our delivery fees are tiered based on your order value. The more you add to your basket the more you save on delivery fees!

Yes, please ensure there is someone at home to receive your order for your chosen delivery slot. If we attempt to deliver but you are not at home to receive it, a second delivery will be attempted on the next available delivery slot with an additional surcharge of SGD15. No refunds will be applicable.
If you need to make changes to your order, you’ll need to do so 1 day before your chosen delivery slot. Please contact Customer Care ASAP via email or call +65 9152 9359 so we can make this change for you!
Once your order has been placed, it is considered final. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
However, your request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in the unlikely event that you receive something other than what you ordered, the product is not as described or damaged. In these cases, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment after inspection and due diligence on the matter. Please email hello@mealsinminutes.sg with the details of your order and to raise a refund request.
If you received the incorrect order or there’re items missing from your order, please provide the details of your order and raise the matter to hello@mealsinminutes.sg within 24 hours of receiving your order and our team will respond accordingly.
We pack your means in a box padded with our special insulation foam so your meals remain frozen when they get to you. Once received, please pop them into your freezer immediately.
Yes. In the event that you would like to place a large order, send over the details to hello@mealsinminutes.sg and we will do our best to make it happen for you.


We accept bank issued debit and credit cards: Visa or MasterCard. We also accept payments via PayNow/PayLah (UEN: 201939842G) and bank transfer to our bank account. If you decide to pay via bank transfer please email your proof of transfer and Order number to our WhatsApp at +65 9152 9359 or email hello@mealsinminutes.sg and we will process your order as soon as we confirm your payment.
